Your Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Phone Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will analyze and verify information provided by insured parties to accurately determine policy premium bases. You will conduct thorough audits, prepare detailed reports, and communicate your findings to insurance carriers. Your ability to make informed decisions and manage multiple tasks will be key to your success in this position. This is an onsite role located in Millville, UT
In This Role, You Will:
  • Efficiently manage assigned tasks, prioritize work, and ensure timely completion of audits.
  • Conduct voluntary phone audits by analyzing electronically submitted information and requesting additional details from policyholders via phone or email.
  • Create comprehensive audit reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards, and submit reports for review.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established quality and productivity benchmarks.
  • Follow up with policyholders and resolve any discrepancies or concerns related to audits.

What You Need to Be Successful:
  • Ability to effectively convey complex information both verbally and in writing.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and self-disciplined.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve complex problems.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional and positive demeanor when dealing with third-party business owners.
  • Willingness to receive feedback constructively and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
  • High school diploma or GED required

Your Compensation:
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package, which also includes variable compensation eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. The salary range for most locations for this role is $12.00-$15.50 per hour base, with eligibility for commission in addition to base pay.
