We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for professionals experienced in financial services sales, relationship management, client engagement, wealth management, asset management distribution, banking coverage, and regulated marketing workflows.

This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on structured financial services workflow review, client relationship materials, sales documentation, campaign planning, pipeline reporting, compliance-reviewed communications, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their financial services sales or marketing expertise to review realistic client and campaign scenarios, evaluate documentation requirements, prepare structured written outputs, and support accurate, evidence-based financial services workflow tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Sales Workflow Review

  • Review financial services scenarios involving pitch decks, client briefs, relationship notes, segment plans, pipeline reviews, and client engagement materials
  • Evaluate sales and relationship-management materials against source records, client needs, product context, business goals, and documented review criteria
  • Support structured review of wealth management, private banking, commercial banking, treasury services, asset management distribution, RIA channel, or institutional sales workflows
  • Identify missing information, client-fit issues, messaging gaps, and expected sales review outcomes

Campaign Planning & Regulated Marketing Support

  • Review marketing scenarios involving campaign calendars, segment strategy, compliance-reviewed materials, client communications, channel plans, and product messaging
  • Evaluate marketing materials against documented campaign goals, audience requirements, compliance expectations, and financial services communication standards
  • Support structured review of retail banking, wealth management, asset management, insurance, and financial product marketing materials

CRM, Reporting & Financial Services Workflow Documentation

  • Review workflow scenarios involving Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Tableau, Power BI, pipeline reporting, client segmentation, and campaign performance materials
  • Evaluate CRM records, pipeline summaries, segment plans, and reporting outputs against defined requirements and documented business logic
  • Translate financial services sales and marketing workflows into clear task documentation, review criteria, and structured written outputs
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and professional judgment across submitted work

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services sales, relationship management, client coverage, private banking, wealth management, asset management distribution, commercial banking, treasury services, insurance sales, financial marketing, or related roles
  • Experience in one or more areas such as wealth-management relationship management, private banking, corporate banking coverage, treasury-services sales, RIA channels, institutional sales, retail banking marketing, segment strategy, campaign management, or insurance marketing
