As a Sales and Design Associate, you create an exceptional customer experience by combining strong sales skills with inspiring design guidance. You will welcome customers into the store, offer personalized service, and use effective selling techniques to understand their needs and recommend products that fit their lifestyle.

In this role, you will also help customers express their personal style at home by developing customized design plans. You'll leverage your product knowledge, creativity, and understanding of current design trends to bring their vision to life. By delivering approachable and knowledgeable decorating expertise, you will help position the brand as a trusted destination for creating truly personal spaces.

  • Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend** (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and twoduring the week (Monday to Thursday). For an associate to be scheduled 20 hours or more weekly, greater availability (beyond the minimum required above) that meets the needs of the business will be required. **Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days (Friday and Saturday, Friday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday). 

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.  

  • Ability to operate POS system. 

  • Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
