We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and creative team members to join our grand opening team at Color Me Mine Renton! As the face of our studio, you’ll welcome guests into the colorful world of pottery painting and share in the joy of creating art and memories together.

About Color Me Mine Renton
Color Me Mine is the world’s leading pottery-painting studio, with more than 100 locations across the U.S. Guests choose from a wide selection of unpainted ceramic pieces, such as plates, mugs, bowls, figurines, then personalize their chosen pottery by painting it with their own designs and colors. We’re proud to be opening the very first Washington State studio at The Landing in Renton!

Locally owned and operated by Anna Yantorni, a first-time minority small business owner with a background in corporate accounting, our studio is all about bringing people together for fun, creativity, and connection. About the Studio Team Member
As a Studio Team Member, you’ll represent the Color Me Mine brand by creating a welcoming, inspiring environment for guests while working closely with your teammates. This is a part-time role with flexible weekday, evening, and weekend shifts (3–4 shifts or more per week expected).

Responsibilities
As a Studio Team Member, you will:

  • Welcome guests and promote the Art of Having Fun!
  • Guide guests through the pottery-painting process—offering technique tips, encouragement, and creative ideas.
  • Keep the studio clean, organized, and stocked so it’s always inviting.
  • Assist with kiln room tasks (training provided).
  • Host and support birthday parties and group events, making them extra special.
  • Share information about studio offerings, classes, and specials with guests.
  • Work efficiently as part of a team in a lively, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, food service, or sales.
  • A friendly, upbeat personality with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliability, self-motivation, and a team-player mindset.
  • Availability to consistently work 3–4 shifts per week or more
  • The ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
