JOB SUMMARY
Provides attentive, high-quality service to club patrons at the pool while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Responsible for setting up and maintaining poolside amenities, assisting guests with food and beverage service, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the pool and surrounding areas.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  1. Promotes, works and acts in a manner consistent with the values of LGM.
  2. Delivers exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and creating a positive, enjoyable experience for all members and visitors.
  3. Take, prepare, and deliver food and drink orders in a timely manner.
  4. Greets guests pleasantly and ensures efficient supply of fresh towels to all members and guests. Ensures appropriate authorization.
  5. Monitors inventory of pool towels, resupplies as necessary. Picks up and drops off towels from laundry facilities as needed.
  6. Ensures that the needs of the members are met and attended to.
  7. Maintains neat and clean pool area; performs vacuuming and cleaning of pool per schedule.
  8. Sets up tables, chairs and umbrellas before pool opening and stores them properly after closing.
  9. Communicates maintenance issues to appropriate management.
  10. Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations.
  11. Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.
  12. Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  1. Previous experience in a customer service role, hospitality, or food service preferred
  2. Certified Food Handler
  3. Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco training and/or certificate

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Seeing and hearing: read documents, computer screen, answer phones, communicate in person 0-24%
