Job description
The appointment is expected to begin during the Fall 2026 semester (September 2026). Total compensation for the appointment is $7,000.
Responsibilities
- Developing, preparing, and distributing course materials
- Delivering classroom instruction and maintaining scheduled contact hours
- Holding office hours and meeting with students as scheduled
- Evaluating student performance through grading and assessment
- Providing student advising and mentoring
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Materials Science, Polymer Science, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated teaching experience and/or relevant expertise in the related subject area.
