Job description

Client Experience Host (aka The Ultimate Hype Human)

About DivaDance

DivaDance is the go-to destination for pop music-inspired dance classes, programs, and parties for adults, with locations across the U.S. and Mexico! But we're so much more than a dance studio...

We're a confidence-boosting, community-building, joy-filled experience where adults can show up exactly as they are and leave feeling stronger, happier, and more connected.

Joining our team means you get to make people feel seen, celebrated, and empowered-all while having a lot of fun doing it.

The Gig

We're looking for a Client Experience Host who brings the energy, loves people, and knows how to turn a first visit into a full-on "I'm obsessed" moment.

You're the first smile they see, the vibe-setter of the studio, and the reason they keep coming back.

What You'll Do:
  • Greet every client like they're your best friend
  • Chat with new clients to understand their goals and guide them to the perfect class or membership
  • Turn curiosity into commitment through fun, natural sales conversations
  • Keep communication flowing-calls, texts, emails, DMs-you name it
  • Help classes run smoothly: check people in, prep the studio, support instructors
  • Stay organized by updating client notes and following up with leads
  • Create a space that feels welcoming, inclusive, and full of good energy
You'll Be Amazing If You:
  • Love meeting new people and can make anyone feel comfortable instantly. Being shy does not work in this role.
  • Have sales experience (fitness/wellness = a big plus)
  • Are organized and can keep track of multiple conversations and follow-ups
  • Feel confident using tech (or can learn quickly!)
  • Bring positive, outgoing energy every time you walk in the door
  • Have a passion for dance, fitness, or just hyping people up
Why You'll Love It:
  • You get to literally make people's day better
  • You're part of a fun, supportive, hype-you-up kind of team
  • Opportunities to grow, learn, and step into leadership roles
  • Flexible scheduling
The Details:
  • Host 1-3 classes per week (mornings, evenings, and/or weekends)
  • Work out of our Westerville studio
  • Must have reliable transportation and be eligible to work in the U.S.
The Perks:
  • $11 per hour
  • +10% commission on sales
  • Free dance classes
