Schedule Options:
  • Tuesday - Friday | 12 pm - 4 pm |
  • Saturday | 7.30 am - 3.30 pm |

Now hiring Maintenance Technicians to help care for our beautiful senior living community. Whether you’re experienced in general maintenance, apartment repairs, or handy around the house, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do
  • Keep outdoor areas clean and safe (walkways, lawn, parking lot)
  • Help with general repairs indoors, including resident rooms and common spaces. Includes basic plumbing and drywall.
  • Keep tools and supplies organized and safe
  • Respond quickly to requests and communicate clearly with your team
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures
  • Support your team and community with a positive attitude

Qualifications
  • Experience in maintenance, construction, or similar work preferred
  • Skills for apartment maintenance and home repair, including basic plumbing, drywall, and similar
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Basic computer and email skills
