Part Time Cleaner

A Bathroom Technician is responsible for maintaining restrooms in a clean, sanitary, safe, and fully stocked condition throughout each shift. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Clean and disinfect all toilets, urinals, sinks, countertops, and restroom fixtures.
  • Clean and sanitize partitions, stall doors, walls, and high-touch surfaces.
  • Clean mirrors until streak-free.
  • Sweep, mop, and disinfect restroom floors.
  • Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, toilet tissue, seat covers, and feminine hygiene products as needed.
  • Empty trash receptacles and sanitary waste containers; replace liners.
  • Clean and disinfect faucets, flush handles, grab bars, door handles, light switches, and other frequently touched surfaces.
  • Remove odors and maintain a fresh, sanitary restroom environment.
  • Inspect restrooms regularly to ensure cleanliness and adequate supplies.
  • Report plumbing leaks, clogged toilets, broken fixtures, lighting issues, or damaged equipment immediately.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and keep the janitorial cart clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Follow all OSHA safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Place "Wet Floor" signs and other required safety signage while cleaning.
  • Complete restroom inspection logs after each cleaning cycle.
  • Respond promptly to restroom service requests and maintain company cleanliness standards throughout the workday.
