Adjunct Faculty Position - 0.2FTE

Responsibilities

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Mentor faculty in the development and writing of grant proposals and manuscripts
  • Develop research opportunities in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine
  • Develop research opportunities in the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning
  • Explore/analyze student matriculation data as a predictor of academic preparedness, success, residency placement and/or licensing
  • Help to develop strategies for fundraising to generate funds for:
    • The college's new Student Research Initiative
    • Junior investigators (startup packages; pilot studies, etc.)
  • Help to develop and implement strategies to increase visibility of research at Touro University California
  • Participate and contribute to research group meetings
