Job description
Primary roles of the Creative and Administrative Information Technology Technician (CAITT) will be (Creative) to maintain and update the current website content, working with graphic designers as needed. In addition, they will facilitate Live Webinar/On-Demand Webinar production according to the Webinar Production Schedule, including registration, marketing, working with presenters, educational planning and Passport management/ sales. The CAITT will also (IT/Tech Support) provide internal IT support, ensuring proper system backups and functioning of computer, network and VoIP phone equipment, including troubleshooting, software and hardware updates.
This includes technical maintenance & updates to website, working with programmers as needed. NOTE: This is a part-time position. The ideal candidate will be able to work 20-30 hours a week.
Some flexibility available. Hours worked must be between the hours of 7:30am and 6pm, Monday - Friday.
