Scheurer Family Pharmacy Harbor Beach

Pharmacy Clerk – Part Time Position

28 hours/bi-weekly pay

Available for rotating weekends and some holidays

Scheurer Family Pharmacy in Habor Beach, a part of Scheurer Network, is seeking a part time Pharmacy Clerk. Applicants will need to be available to work evenings, rotating weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and greet them in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist with retail (Customer service, handling cash, and processing register transactions).
  • Clean shelves and “front” merchandise; place orders for restocking at least three times a week.
  • Restock prescription vials, caps, and bags.
  • Answer telephone
  • Maintain and file records
  • Be able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Assisting in the maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy
  • Assist Pharmacist and other staff as needed
  • Participate in pharmacy orientation programs, training programs for pharmacy supportive personnel, pharmacy staff meetings and in-service education programs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; no experience required.
