Nurse – Care and Support (Asicc-Med – Mobile Health) About Asicc-Med – Mobile Health At Asicc-Med, we place people at the heart of care. Our mission is to support people who are losing their autonomy and their families by providing quality, safe and respectful nursing care, both at home and in partner establishments. Your responsibilities: Assess patients' health status and develop appropriate care plans.
Administer treatments, medications and other interventions prescribed by physicians. Provide clinical monitoring and intervene in emergencies. Supervise and supervise care teams (nursing assistants, PAB).
Provide psychological and educational support to patients and their loved ones. Ensure record keeping and traceability of care according to professional standards. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (doctors, pharmacists, other health professionals).
Participate in prevention, education and health promotion. Profile sought: Nursing diploma (DEC or bachelor's degree) recognized in Quebec. Valid license from the OIIQ (Order of Nurses of Quebec).
