Founded in 2002, Castle Hill Fitness is an integrated health and wellness facility located in downtown Austin on 12th and Lamar. We offer it all: Personal Training, Fitness, Spin, Pilates, and Yoga, AND a full-service Wellness Spa.

What You'll Do
  • Provide personal training services including fitness programs, exercise techniques, cardiovascular and strength training.
  • Design tailored programs to help clients build muscle, enhance strength, and improve athletic performance.
  • Meet with clients to assess their fitness goals, medical history, and current performance level. Use this information to create personalized, progressive training plans.
  • Teach clients proper lifting form, equipment use, and advanced techniques to ensure they hit their strength and physique goals safely and effectively.
  • Proactively engage in marketing yourself and rebooking clients, helping grow your clientele through word-of-mouth and personal promotion.
  • Maintain professionalism, respect client confidentiality, and contribute to a positive and encouraging gym culture.

Required Experience
  • NCCA-accredited Personal Training certification (such as NSCA, NASM, or ACSM)
  • 5+ years of experience as a personal trainer
  • Extensive knowledge of strength and conditioning principles, biomechanics, and safe training practices
  • Strong customer service, communication, and client management skills
  • Collaborative and cooperative team player, with a willingness to work alongside other trainers and departments
