StretchLab helps people improve flexibility and reduce muscle tension to achieve their fitness and wellness goals. We are looking for full and part time employees who want to advance with our fast growing brand.


StretchLab is seeking personal trainers, physical therapy assistants, massage therapists and fitness instructors experienced with hands-on body work to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is rapidly growing in the fitness industry.


Our Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as lead guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Requirements:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
  • Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
  • Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele.
  • Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques

Qualifications:

  • Required to be one of the following:
  • Certified Personal Trainer
  • Physical Therapy Assistant
  • Massage Therapist
  • Exercise Science, Athletic Training or Kinesiology degree
  • Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
  • Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy
  • Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals
  • Must be available to go through our Flexologist Training Program (20 hours of online tutorials, 2 days of in-person/hands-on training and 20 hours of practice)
