The Premier team are now seeking a talented Part-Time Premier Driver to join the team based in our offices in Mahwah, NJ.
Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: Mahwah, NJ
Compensation: $26 hourly
Hours: Saturday & Sunday (Part- Time)
Must be flexible and willing to work a rotational shift pattern (9:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 3:00 p.m. need to work all times) summer months 1:00 p.m. shift is added. You will be notified of start time 1 week in advance.

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

  • Must uphold and project the company's devotion to customer service experience

  • Drivers are expected to comply with Net-A-Porter appearance guidelines and must have a professional image and demeanor. Uniforms and Truck will be provided.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency

  • You need to be able to work in all kinds of weather while working out on your own with limited supervision.

  • Ensure all undelivered and returned merchandise are secured safely and returned to our inventory system daily

  • Assist manager and supervisor with day to day operations

  • Interact with couriers, Dispatchers, and Customer service team daily

  • Ensure couriers are fully prepared for their daily route


The type of person we are looking for:

  • A clean driving record means in the last 3 years, that you've only had 1 license, no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 7 years

  • Driving defense Certificate required; preferably no longer than 6 months old

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening

  • The ability to work in all weather conditions, walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time

  • Flexibility in shift patterns (work hours) to meet our customers' demands

  • An understanding of luxury customer service and their expectations with strong communication skills

  • Be able to work with a team

  • A proven track record of solving problems successfully

  • Calm manner and ability to use initiative to deal with issues as they arise, both on the road and with the customer with excellent personal presentation skills

  • Delivery driving experience in NYC, CT, NJ preferred
