What You'll Do:
  • Represent Metlok at home shows, retail events, community events, and target neighborhoods
  • Engage with homeowners and educate them about Metlok's innovative roofing system
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Set up and break down event booths and displays
  • Deliver a pre-qualifying presentation using company-approved methodology
  • Maintain professionalism and brand standards during all customer interactions
  • Provide event recaps, lead reporting, and accurate CRM updates
  • Partner with the marketing and sales teams to help achieve company goals

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year of face-to-face customer service or similar experience required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Sales or lead generation experience is a plus
  • Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a performance-driven environment
  • Reliable transportation and ability to transport event materials
  • Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods outdoors and at events
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check if offered the position
