This position is part time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 am-3:00 pm.

The Parts Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate is responsible for preparing, organizing, and delivering customer orders efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries while professionally interacting with customers. This position supports both delivery operations and warehouse activities. The role also involves handling returns, maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment, and responding promptly to urgent parts requests.

The employee prioritizes safe driving, warehouse practices, and follows all applicable safety protocols. Maintain accurate product locations and ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and accessible.Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, locating parts, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly received items to appropriate personnel.Loading & Material Handling: Safely load and secure parts and materials onto delivery vehicles. Operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts, when properly trained and authorized.Deliveries: Complete customer deliveries accurately and on time while interacting professionally with customers and representing the company positively.Safe Driving: Maintain a strong focus on safe driving practices and follow all traffic laws and regulations. Use hands-free devices when communicating by phone while operating a vehicle.Warehouse Safety: Follow all company safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), use proper lifting and material-handling techniques, and maintain a safe work environment.Customer Service & Department Support: Respond promptly to urgent requests from the parts and sales departments, including delivery needs, order preparation, locating parts, warehouse support, and other operational  priorities.Equipment & Facility Care: Operate company vehicles, forklifts, pallet  jacks, carts, and other equipment responsibly. Report equipment concerns, safety hazards, damaged products, or facility issues promptly.Requirements:

 Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

  • All relevant experience will be considered.
  • Experience working in a heavy-duty aftermarket parts distribution environment, all-makes dealership, warehouse, distribution center, or similar setting is highly desired.

Certifications and Skills

  • Forklift certification and experience operating a forklift highly desirable.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse and material-handling equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Licenses and Compliance

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
