Now Hiring: Part-Time Parts Worker – Channelview/Baytown Area

(Part-Time Warehouse Associate | Parts Worker | Heavy Equipment Parts Jobs)

Mustang Cat, the authorized Caterpillar® dealer for Southeast Texas, is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Parts Worker to support our growing operations in the Channelview/Baytown Area.

This hands-on position plays a key role in pulling and processing heavy equipment parts orders while supporting our technicians, service shops, and branch operations.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

What You’ll Do as a Part-Time Parts Worker:

  • Pull parts orders manually and using a forklift
  • Handle shipping and receiving of Caterpillar equipment parts
  • Expedite orders to support urgent field service and shop repairs
  • Process assigned orders accurately and efficiently
  • Check in incoming parts deliveries
  • Make or build hydraulic hoses as needed
  • Assist with loading and unloading the shuttle truck
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Previous forklift operation experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in non-climate-controlled areas
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with order systems
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
  • Ability to consistently work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Preferred Experience:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Prior experience in heavy equipment parts, distribution, warehousing, or industrial supply
