Job description

The McMahon Truck Centers' family of Mack and Volvo Truck dealerships includes locations in North and South Carolina, Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Ohio. We are looking to expand our growing team and need quality employees to help us do so.

We are looking for an outgoing customer focused person that is eager to become a part-time parts professional delivery driver. Our ideal candidate will be willing to work hard, and learn all facets and aspects of our parts business, (working 20-25 hours a week with a flexible schedule) as well as mesh with and be an integral part of our growing team! You will be counted on to ensure that the parts experience for customers is positive and handled in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.

  • Pick and stage parts for customer orders.

  • Pick up customer returns.

  • Communicate and educate customers on our products.

  • Daily collection of credit accounts.

  • Assist in warehouse duties, stocking shelves and keeping a clean environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean abstract required

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong personal organizational skills as they relate to workload, time management and setting priorities

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
