Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Deliver packages to business partners in a timely manner, ensuring each delivery is made with a positive attitude and a smile.Operate a delivery vehicle (company vehicle provided) to complete daily routes.Maintain a work schedule of 15-20 hours per week, with typical shifts ranging from 6-10 hours.Follow strict safety guidelines and company protocols both on and off the road, ensuring adherence to specified delivery routes.Interact professionally and courteously with business partners and the public.Utilize up-to-date handheld technology for managing the delivery processes.All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking, and video cameras are used to monitor activities inside and outside the vehicle during operation.Qualifications and Education Requirements:High school diploma or GED required.Must be at least 21 years of age or older.Valid Louisiana driver's license required.Clean driving record with no violations (e.g., speeding, DUI/DWI, accidents) in the past 5 years.Ability to pass a thorough criminal background check.Must be physically fit and able to handle packages up to 50 lbs.Experience driving and navigating a small delivery van (GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less).Basic math skills require quick and accurate calculations.Proficiency with navigation apps like Google Maps, MapQuest, or Waze.Strong communication skills and ability to interact well with business partners.Positive attitude, punctuality, and excellent time management skills are a must.Must be able to work with materials that may include allergen-sensitive substances; e.g., cannabis, nut-derived  oils, artificial flavoring, and more. Safety and Compliance RequirementsMust maintain the ability to safely operate a company vehicle and perform job duties without impairment from drugs, alcohol, or other substances.While Ilera Holistic Healthcare does not conduct in-house drug testing, employees may be required to participate in third-party drug and/or alcohol testing in accordance with state regulations, third-party partners, insurance requirements, or applicable laws.Must comply with all safety, transportation, and regulatory requirements related to delivery operationsThis job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions.
