Building Location:32nd Avenue BuildingDepartment:3013470 PACU - 32ND HOSPJob Description:Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.Education Qualifications:

This position requires the ability to work the following schedule:

  • 36 hours per week
  • 12-hour rotating shifts 9am-9pm
  • On Call Rotation includes week nights, weekend and rotating holidays
Licensure/CertificationQualifications:
  • BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
  • Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
  • BasicCardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months
  • Pediatric Advanced Life support (PALS) certification within 1 year
