At Beehive Meals, we are passionate about providing delicious, high-quality freezer meals while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace where our team members can thrive.Job DescriptionSchedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday, with varying shifts between 6:00 AM – 4:00 PMPay: $16.00–$18.00 per hourAs a Meal Production Team Member at Beehive Meals, you play an essential role in preparing, assembling, and packaging our high-quality freezer meals. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in producing consistent, high-quality products while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.What You Will Do:Prepare meals by following standardized recipes and accurately portioning ingredients.Operate food production equipment, including mixers, slicers, and choppers, while following all safety procedures.Assemble freezer meals according to company specifications with consistency and attention to detail.Package finished meals, properly seal containers, and accurately label products for storage and distribution.Conduct quality checks to ensure meals meet Beehive Meals' standards for quality, consistency, and food safety.Ensure all products are properly labeled, dated, and compliant with food safety requirements.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment by following all food safety, sanitation, and SQF guidelines.Follow proper hygiene practices and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Identify and report equipment issues, product discrepancies, safety hazards, or quality concerns to leadership.Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining an efficient workflow.Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.Perform other duties as assigned.What You Will Bring:Required: At least 6 months of experience working in a food production, food manufacturing, commercial kitchen, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or fulfillment environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality meals.Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.Ability to follow standardized recipes, processes, and production instructions.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Flexibility to adapt to changing production priorities and daily workloads.Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.Previous food production, manufacturing, or commercial kitchen experience is preferred but not required.Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler Permit.What You Will Experience:Work is performed in a food production and warehouse environment.
