Delivery Driver – $20/Hour + Paid Training

Looking for a job where you stay active, work independently, and know what your day looks like? Join us as a Delivery Driver delivering packages throughout Mankato and surrounding areas. No CDL or prior driving experience is required—we provide training, a company vehicle, and a uniform.

Pay & Benefits
  • $20/hour
  • $20/hour paid training
  • Company vehicle & uniform provided

Schedule
  • Part-time: 2–4 days/week; Saturday required
  • Full-time: Monday–Saturday
  • Start: 8:30 AM until deliveries are complete
  • Average 85 stops/day (range: 50–150)
  • Peak season requires a 6-day schedule
What You'll Do
  • Pick up packages and vehicle at the FedEx terminal
  • Complete vehicle inspections
  • Safely deliver and scan packages
  • Load, unload, and handle packages up to 150 lbs
  • Use GPS and provide friendly customer service
What You Need
  • 21+ years old
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willing to perform manual labor
  • Comfortable working in all weather
  • Willing to submit to an MVR, background check, drug test, and DOT physical; employer-paid
