Part Time Overseas Representatives Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Senior Accountant, Record to Report to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting the accounting team with multiple initiatives, including general ledger close optimization and the streamlining of end-to-end accounting processes. Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $76,800 - $96,700 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. • Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures, maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, and prepare standard journal entries for assigned units 
• Develop and document accounting processes and policies to strengthen internal controls, and investigate variances and reporting discrepancies, communicating issues on time 
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures, review contracts, and calculate associated rent and royalty payments 
• Coordinate with and review work prepared by an overseas third-party provider, carry out complex financial analysis, research, and reporting, and prepare documentation for internal and external auditors 
• Assist the accounting manager in preparing documents, reports, and presentations for company leaders 

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or finance  
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting or finance experience preferred; large multi-national company or hospitality industry experience a plus  
• CPA is a plus, but not required  
• Knowledge of GAAP and expertise in driving continuous improvement and business process management   
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft Financials or similar accounting software, and experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or Power Automate
