WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
This part-time customer service position pays $18 - $22 per hour and places you at the heart of our energetic team. We also offer our team great benefits, such as:

You'll work part-time hours in our Roseville office, with shifts that vary but always fall within our business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additionally, you'll work one Saturday per month from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Every shift is on-site, so you'll be part of the action and energy of our dedicated team environment.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a Call Center Representative, you will answer incoming calls, directing them to the right person with professionalism and clarity. You will turn client inquiries into appointments for our sales team, ensuring our calendar stays full and organized. Your day will include entering client data into our CRM system and making outbound calls to both current clients and potential customers. Throughout your shift, you will be immersed in a high-energy, sometimes noisy environment, working closely with your teammates to achieve shared goals and deliver top-notch service.
