Retail & Reservation Specialist
Part-Time | Resort Store Environment
Do you enjoy helping people, staying busy, and creating a great customer experience? Join Outdoor Adventures as a Retail & Reservation Specialist and play a key role in both our resort store operations and member interactions.
This position is perfect for someone who is friendly, organized, and enjoys a mix of retail, customer service, and hands-on work. You'll help keep the store running smoothly while making sure every member and guest feels welcomed and taken care of.
What You'll Do
  • Greet customers as they enter the store and create a welcoming environment
  • Answer questions, address concerns, and help customers find what they need
  • Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
  • Receive, check, stock, and inventory shipments
  • Process transactions including cash, debit/credit cards, returns, and exchanges
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout every shift
  • Assist with reservations and member needs as required
  • Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and organizing work areas

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience/knowledge
  • Ability to lift 25-30 lbs
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as reaching, bending, and walking
  • Previous retail experience preferred (training provided)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
