Job Description:
Occupational Therapist
Join our compassionate team at Baptist Health Louisville, located in East Louisville, providing exceptional physical, occupational, and speech therapy services in both acute care and outpatient settings. As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop and revise care plans, provide patient and family education, and coordinate discharge planning. You'll document care in compliance with regulatory and insurance guidelines and support student supervision as needed. We value one-on-one, evidence-based care and a team-focused approach to whole-patient wellness. Ideal candidates hold or are eligible for a Kentucky Occupational Therapy License, with NBCOT and DPAM certifications strongly preferred. BLS certification is required or must be obtained.
Requirements:
Current active or temporary Kentucky Occupational Therapy License
BCLS Certification required within 90 days of hire
NBCOT Certification (Strongly preferred)
DPAM Certification (Strongly preferred)
