How will you make an impact: You will make an impact at Green Cover by helping us fulfill seed mix orders through performing the custom Cover Crop mix process and order fulfillment process. Don't worry, we will provide the necessary training needed for you to perform this process at a superior level. By innovating through providing cover crop seed to producers all over the nation, we're making an impact on family farms, food security, quality of life, and sustainability for those who produce and those who consume. Because we have so many different cover crop species and specialize in custom mixes, we are able to meet the specific needs of customers across the entire country. We even ship seed to Hawaii and across the border into Canada.

What winning looks like: Execute the Seed mixing process and order fulfillment process Follow all safety, health, and other company rules Communicate and collaborate with managers and other team members involved in order fulfillment Maximize the efficiency of the facility by maintaining a clean mix floor area and all equipment used Fill 50 lb bags with seed and stack manually on pallets Record all inventory data in the inventory management software Operate seed mixing equipment Operate other machinery when needed to move seed: skid steer, tele-handler & forklift Operate seed handling conveyors, augers, etc All other duties as assigned
