Location: Lake Geneva, Wisconsin

Reports to: Adult Ministries Pastor

Position Summary

The Part-Time Adult Ministries Admin provides organizational leadership behind the scenes thatallows ministry to flourish. This role serves as the operational hub for Adult Ministries environmentsincluding Groups, Care, Missions, Guest Services, and Latino Ministry, ensuring that every ministry environment is organized, every leader is equipped, and every guest experiences excellence by creating systems, managing communication, coordinating events, and ensuring multiple ministry leaders are equipped to serve people well. The Adult Ministries Admin is a key partner in helping people take their next step toward Jesus.


YOU WILL:


Keep Ministry Organized

Maintain accurate records, registrations, attendance, and ministry information while ensuring administrative systems remain current, organized, and effective.

Coordinate Ministry Experiences

Support the planning and execution of classes, events, gatherings, and special initiatives by managing registrations, room reservations, childcare, resources, and event logistics.

Drive Communication

Prepare and distribute ministry communications, volunteer reminders, follow-up emails, promotional materials, and ministry resources that keep people informed and engaged.

Manage Ministry Systems

Maintain Community Church Builder (CCB) records, forms, workflows, queues, and reporting systems that help ministry leaders make informed decisions and care well for people.

Support Ministry Leaders

Serve Adult Ministry staff and volunteer leaders by anticipating administrative needs, solving problems, and providing dependable support that allows them to focus on ministry.

Create Excellent Experiences

Ensure every administrative detailfrom printed materials to event preparationis completed with professionalism, accuracy, and a spirit of hospitality.

Strengthen Ministry Effectiveness

Generate reports, monitor engagement, and help improve ministry processes that increase efficiency and support healthy ministry growth.
