  • Help shape the workflows, templates, and standards of a brand-new service line

Required Qualifications:
  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology
  • Licensed psychologist in Massachusetts (or license-eligible with a clear path)
  • Experience with cognitive, achievement, and ADHD/behavioral assessment (e.g., WISC, WIAT, and related measures)
  • Comfort with high-quality, efficient report writing
  • A genuine interest in pediatric/educational assessment and family-facing work

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range based on licensure and experience: ~$73,000-$77,000
  • Access to bonus opportunities
  • Malpractice Insurance purchased and maintained by Verge Therapy
  • All testing materials and kits provided
  • Access to supervision/consultation spaces
  • Access to sick time

What Verge Handles for You:
  • Consistent referral pipeline
  • Administrative and operational support
  • Structured systems
  • A leadership team focused on efficiency and employee experience
  • Insurance credentialing
