RBT Job ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or schools in the Baltimore County area.
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals.
Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors.
Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions.
Flexible Hours: Daytime, afternoon, and early evening shifts available.
