Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant East Peoria IL

PT or FT (4-day work week)

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our practice full time or part time at our office in East Peoria, IL. This position will be providing direct patient care within our multidisciplinary office. Our ideal provider is comfortable working within an integrated setting and has experience collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals. We are looking for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants interested in non-surgical orthopedic and arthritis care for musculoskeletal conditions. Previous experience is not necessary, but it is a bonus, and we can provide training for any procedures/therapies as needed for the right candidate.

Our practice is dedicated to identifying options and tailoring treatment plans to each patient. Duties:

  • Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
  • Order and review tests/labs
  • Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
  • Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
  • Manage patient care
  • Oversight of Rehab
  • Treatments- perform trigger point and joint injections (image guided) Orthobiologics and PRP
  • Perform aesthetic procedures such as injectables, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation techniques (if trained)
  • Documentation and progress notes
  • Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
  • Stay current with industry trends, advancements in techniques, and best practices in aesthetic medicine.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited PA or NP program
  • PA/NP license in IL
  • Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
  • Experience with joint injections a plus but we can provide training for the right candidate

Schedule:

  • FT (4-day work week) or PT
  • Office hours are Monday- Thur 8-5:30

Compensation:

  • $65-$75 per hour (DOE)
