We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a part-time basis in Brighton, Michigan. ResponsibilitiesOccupational Therapist (OT)
- Complete patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients.
- Establish functional goals and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs.
Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Assist patients in achieving established treatment goals.
- Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress.
- Document treatments and patient outcomes accurately.
- Support patient and caregiver education initiatives.
QualificationsOccupational Therapist (OT)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current Michigan OT license in good standing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current Michigan OTA license in good standing.
- Excellent patient care and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a therapy team.
