OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT - PART TIME - MAPLETON CARE - LAKEWOOD, CO
Join our team and start making a difference!
Mapleton Care in Lakewood CO, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Part TimeOccupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program!
Flexible schedule with work-life balance
Pay: $34 - $38/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
  • Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
  • Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
  • Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications:
Occupational Therapy Assistant license is required.
Open to Occupational Therapy Assistants at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!
