We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant that is a Team Player, Passionate, Goal Oriented and willing to do what it takes to help our patients! We are a Private Home Health Company that specializes in treating Adult patients in their homes, Assisted Living Facilities and Long Term Care facilities. We are looking for Full Time or Part Time!
