Registered Nurse - Part-Time

Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse with our team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes, including medication management, wound care, and treatment of chronic conditions

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet each patient's unique needs

  • Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless care coordination

  • Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing potential issues to optimize health outcomes

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of Wyoming
