What You’ll Do:
•Supervise lifeguards and keep the pool area safe and inviting
•Support the Recreation Manager with scheduling, training, and team development
•Help create a lively, welcoming environment where memories are made

What We’re Looking For:
•Minimum 1 Year Resort Recreation or related field preferred.
•Lifeguard certification OR acquire after hired, demonstrated swimming competency

It would be effective in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
•Leadership experience preferred
•Lifeguard experience preferred
•CPR/First Aid certified or acquire after hired

Schedule: This is a night shift position, 2pm-10:30pm, including weekends and holidays
