Managing these challenges involves establishing a consistent sleep routine, using blackout curtains or sleep masks to optimize daytime rest, and proactively communicating with supervisors and colleagues to stay informed. Many employers also provide wellness resources or tips to help night shift workers stay alert and healthy while on the job.
