Job Description Licensed Social Worker (LSW) - Remote Telehealth Remote (PA Licensed Candidates Only) Overview: Our telehealth practice is seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to provide remote behavioral health support to adult mental health and substance use patients. This part-time, fully remote position offers approximately 30 hours per week with evening availability, and includes potential for a temp-to-perm opportunity. Position Offers: Schedule: Approximately 30 hours/week, evenings required Group therapy sessions: 3 hours/night, 3 nights/week Individual therapy sessions and patient support based on caseload needs Flexible scheduling available Competitive pay: $45-50/hour (DOE) Fully remote Potential temp-to-perm opportunity Laptop provided for telehealth services Secure telehealth platform access Opportunity for growth Key Responsibilities: Provide telehealth behavioral health services and support to adult patients Facilitate virtual mental health and substance abuse therapy groups Provide individual patient support and counseling services Assist with care coordination, treatment planning, and referrals Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Manage an active caseload of approximately 20 patients Collaborate with the clinical team to support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes Qualifications: Active Pennsylvania LSW license required Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health, behavioral health, and/or substance abuse treatment Experience providing counseling, care coordination, or behavioral health services; telehealth experience preferred Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a private, confidential workspace for patient care Why Join Us: This is a rewarding opportunity for a Licensed Social Worker to provide meaningful telehealth care to adult mental health and substance use patients, with the flexibility of remote work and potential for long-term stability.
