Job description

Join Slate, a fast-growing professional cleaning company trusted by a premier national boutique fitness studio brand. We are hiring a Night Cleaner / Lead Cleaner for an immediate start in Cranston, RI.

Location: Sockanosset Cross Road, Cranston, RI 02920

Schedule: Overnight shift — starts at 11:30 PM 4 nights per week

Schedule: Monday / Wednesday / Friday / Saturday

Hours: Part-time: 2 hours per night

Total: 8 hours per week

Pay: Lead Cleaner: $19.00/hour

(Role assigned based on experience and interview)

What You’ll Do:

Clean and maintain fitness studio spaces after hours

(floors, mirrors, equipment, restrooms, lobby)

Follow a detailed checklist with before/after photos

Use mobile app to clock in/out and complete tasks

Lead role: manage supplies and support team performance

Requirements:

1+ year of cleaning experience

Comfortable working overnight independently

Reliable transportation (required)

Smartphone with data

Must pass a background check
