As a RN Supervisor at Millington Healthcare, you will play a critical role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of care and quality service to our patients. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will supervise a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide short-term and long-term care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
