REQUIREMENTS
Registered Nurse ( RN ) must possess a degree or diploma from a college or an accredited school of nursing, a current license issued by the Tennessee Board of Nursing, and a drive to work effectively in a therapeutic relationship with individuals and groups. Prefer one+ years of psychiatric nursing experience. Must have valid driver's license with safe driving history and be able to obtain certification in CPR and CPI.
JOB DUTIES
The Registered Nurse ( RN ) is primarily responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care delivered to adult and geriatric patients on the inpatient psychiatric unit. The Registered Nurse, as the team leader, provides immediate direction to the other nursing team members.
