We're currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX - the #1 one city in the nation for Nursing opportunities and advancement!  Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital is a 636-bed specialty care teaching hospital and the only Level 1 Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin. 

Why Oncology/Hematology?

This 38-bed telemetry monitored nursing unit provides the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients ranging in age from Adults to Geriatrics.   The conditions that are within the scope of service for 8 North include but are not limited to the following:

          Medical Oncology

          High Dose Chemotherapy with Autologous Stem Cell Transplant

          CAR T Cell Therapy

          Administration of Chemotherapy, Biotherapy, and Monoclonal Antibodies

          Surgical Oncology

          Gynecologic Oncology

          Administration of Radiation Therapy

          Hematologic Disorders (Sickle Cell Crisis, Aplastic Anemia, Thalassemia, Thrombocytopenia)

          Continuous Cardiac Monitoring (Telemetry)
