The successful candidates must have experience and success in performing structural design and analysis for a wide range of building projects; reviewing and preparing plans and specifications for compliance with applicable codes and standards; coordinating engineering activities with other disciplines and departments; and preparing clear, comprehensive engineering reports. A strong knowledge of structural design principles and California Building Codes is essential to the success of the selected individuals.

Prepare, review, and stamp engineering plans, specifications, and calculations.

Prepare clear and concise engineering reports, correspondence, and project documentation.

Assist with project management responsibilities, including scheduling, budgets, and client communications.

Ensure all work complies with BPR's and Clients' policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Provide services in an efficient, proactive, and client-focused manner.

Desired Qualifications:

Proficiency with engineering software tools (ETABS, SAP2000, RISA, AutoCAD, or similar).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Certification Requirements:

California Licensed Civil Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) required.

Additional ICC certifications preferred but not required.

Compensation:
