Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality nail salon services to members and guests in accordance with spa protocols.
  • Report to work on time in a properly cleaned and pressed uniform.
  • Perform all guest activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner, at all times maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with management and fellow associates in all Omni departments.
  • Maintain to a professional relationship with clients of Mokara Spa.
  • Adhere to all standard policies and procedures.
  • Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures.
  • Keep work area tidy and stocked with sufficient supplies for a full day of operation.
  • Properly care for equipment and implements and tools and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
  • Have complete knowledge and understanding of all nail services and products while educating and training guests in these areas.
  • Perform all services for which training has been received in the allotted period and without personal interpretation of the treatment application.
  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
  • Attend Omni required training classes and team meetings outside of Spa open hours.
  • Must agree and adhere to compensation acknowledgment and tip reporting guidelines.
  • Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
  • Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by a supervisor or manager.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must speak fluent English.
  • Must be a certified and licensed nail technician in the State of Texas.
  • Must have full weekend availability, Thursday through Sunday.
  • Must be able to perform in a professional manner under pressure.
  • Must have previous experience as a nail technician.
  • Understand that the job may require bending, stooping, and lifting of materials of moderate weight.
