We're looking for passionate, high-energy, certified Group Exercise Instructors who love to motivate, inspire, and create unforgettable fitness experiences for our members. Whether it's HIIT, cycle, dance, barre, Pilates or yoga - your enthusiasm will get people moving and keep them coming back for more. Lead members through exceptional classes that embody energy, precision, and passion. You set the tone, you lead the movement, and you elevate the club experience with every beat, cue, and smile.
What You'll Do
  • Arrive early, ready to energize the room - organized, prepared, and confident in your routine and playlist.
  • Welcome and connect with members, ensuring every participant feels seen, supported, and empowered.
  • Lead fun, challenging, and safe group workouts with passion and professionalism.
  • Deliver safe, effective, and inspiring classes with exceptional form, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Keep the studio space clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Step in to support teammates, special events, and community activities that bring our club to life.
  • Be an ambassador for our club - spreading good vibes, motivating members, and building a loyal following.

Requirements
What You Bring
  • Current and active group fitness certification (AFAA, ACE, Les Mills, Zumba, AEA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience teaching group exercise in a luxury or professional fitness environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills - you know how to connect and motivate!
  • The ability to demonstrate and perform exercises safely.
  • Availability to teach a variety of formats, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum age: 18 years old.
