Job description

Job Opportunity: Radiologist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible radiologist to become a part of our collaborative team, which includes 20 semi-specialized radiologists and 3 physician assistants. Our primary focus is to find individuals with excellent interpersonal skills who are dedicated to delivering patient-centered care.

We have a particular interest in candidates who have completed a fellowship in musculoskeletal (MSK) radiology. The ideal applicant will possess experience in diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound and ultrasound-guided procedures.

About Us

Our organization is a physician-led, multi-specialty medical group that exclusively serves members of Kaiser Permanente in the Atlanta region. We focus on outpatient and urgent care imaging, with teleradiology services covering overnight shifts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Full-time radiologists typically work 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) each month.
  • Compensatory weekdays off are provided for weekend shifts.
  • The group averages 70 wRVUs per shift.
  • Weekday shifts are oriented towards specific modalities or subspecialties, while evening and weekend shifts are more general.
  • All radiologists are placed on a shareholder track.
  • There is an option to work from home for non-patient-facing tasks, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation structure begins with a fixed salary phase, allowing for a low-stress onboarding experience focused on quality and integration. This will transition to a market-leading, productivity-based compensation model when it becomes advantageous for the radiologist, typically within 1-2 years.

  • Comprehensive medical and dental insurance
  • Malpractice coverage
  • CME allowance
  • Disability insurance
  • A highly generous pension plan, supplemented by a 401k
About Our Organization

We are one of Georgia's largest independent, physician-owned multi-specialty medical groups, employing over 600 physicians and 200 associate practitioners. Together, we operate within a unique integrated care model, providing high-quality services to more than 315,000 Kaiser Permanente members. Our care is delivered across 26 medical offices equipped with state-of-the-art technology, labs, imaging services, and pharmacies. We also offer surgical services and around-the-clock care at some of the region's leading hospitals.

Additional Opportunities

We provide a competitive salary, a generous retirement package, paid time off, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as long and short-term disability coverage and relocation assistance. Numerous clinical and non-clinical learning opportunities, along with physician leadership development, are also available.

We welcome all applicants and are committed to considering candidates for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
