Schedule & Availability

  • Part-time, weekend positions
  • Residential locations throughout Hamilton County

Pay & Compensation

  • Starting base pay: $18/hour
  • Opportunity to earn up to $2/hour additional through:
    • Qualifying site premium ($1/hr)
    • DSP Longevity Program completion (if you have 2+ years of verifiable experience as a DSP) ($1/hr)

Training & Experience

  • Training provided
  • Previous direct care support experience is preferred

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Insured personal vehicle
  • Driving record requirements:
    • Ages 21+: fewer than 5 points
    • Ages 18–20: no points
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
