Our bakery plays a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable experiences for guests' events and everyday moments alike, ranging from special occasions to everyday indulgences.

What You'll Do:

As a Cake Decorator at Festival Foods, you will:

  • Decorate Bakery Items: Top, finish, and decorate a variety of bakery products, including bars, pies, cookies, doughnuts, cupcakes, and cakes.
  • Enhance Visual Appeal: Boost sales by creating visually appealing and unique bakery items that exceed our guests' expectations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service by assisting guests with their bakery needs, taking special orders, and bringing their cake design visions to life.
  • Stock and Maintain Displays: Keep bakery displays fresh and appealing by rotating products and ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Quality and Freshness: Maintain high-quality standards by ensuring products are fresh and removing any items that do not meet our standards.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the Cake Decorator II and other bakery associates to achieve department goals and maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Food Safety: Keep food safety logs up to date and adhere to all food safety guidelines.
  • Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
  • Support the Team: Other duties as assigned
